Today Keira was wanting to get into things that she wasn't suppose to and was throwing lots of little tantrums so I decided to break out a new toy. Her Grandma Marcia gave her a bunch of art supplies for Christmas and part of that was Play-Doh so I got it out with her never opened smock (I think the smock was for the finger paints that I have yet to get out but it worked for this too) and sat her down at the table. I tried to explain to her that it wasn't to eat but of course the first thing she did was take a little chunk off of it and put it in her mouth. After a second she made a face and spit it out and was quite convinced that it wasn't food. After that she played and mashed and broke it up into little pieces. She had lots of fun. She even learned how to say "pink."So cute.
